Latitude 33 is providing planning and civil engineering services, including a vesting tentative map, planned development permit, site development permit, rezone and street vacation for this 5.5-acre site. Corallina will consist of 130 residential units and 30,000-square-feet of commercial/retail space per the Pacific Highlands Road Subarea Plan.

Merge 56

Merge 56 is a proposed mixed-use development containing retail, office, residential and affordable housing projects on an area of 45-acres. Planning concepts such as its pedestrian-oriented design and its interconnected circulation layout will make Merge 56 a memorable place. The project’s design will add value to the local community by consciously responding to its natural environment and surroundings. Latitude 33 assisted the client and project team by obtaining necessary engineering, grading and entitlement permits for the development of this master plan.
