  • County of San Diego Operations Center

    Latitude 33 is developing a tailored design of the 35-acre campus that demonstrates the County’s commitment to a sustainable and well-designed government facility that provides long term value. The $600 Million Operations Center is the County’s largest LEED project and is targeted to achieve a LEED gold certification.

  • Pacific Highlands Ranch Fire Station 47

    Latitude 33 performed a preliminary site layout, grading studies, and stormwater management design for the one acre. Three bay fire station and provided assistance certifying LEED silver certification.
