Sean D. Drake has nearly 20 years’ experience in the design industry, serving private and public sector land development projects. Sean has been with Latitude 33 since 2014 and is experienced in traditional design-bid-build projects as well as design-build project delivery methods and is familiar with public agency and organization projects. Using creatively conceived design ideas founded in practical experience, he leads many projects to success within many market sectors including federal, municipal/civic, educational, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. As Principal, Sean will continue to contribute his knowledge, energetic work ethic, and creative thinking to Latitude 33, its projects, and its culture.
