Temecula Creek Inn is a development project that included the redesign of a Ted Robinson championship golf course and the design of a Stonehouse Nine golf course. The project also encompassed a complete hotel expansion with 99 rooms and 395 new residential units, including multi-family and single family lots. Latitude 33 provided land planning, entitlement, and engineering services, with the preparation of a specific plan, general plan amendment, vesting tentative map, rezone, site design, grading and infrastructure. The firm handed negotiations with City and County staff, the California Department of Transportation, and the Pechanga Band of Native Americans.
