Katie Yee
Director of Business Development
Katie Yee is a natural leader with over 15 years of marketing and management experience with various homebuilders and engineering firms. In her role with Latitude 33, Ms. Yee pursues new prospects, and works to maintain positive client relationships. Internally, she assists in the strategic planning and direction of the firm as well as focusing on shaping company culture.
Ms. Yee is a frequent moderator and speaker at regional conferences and events on business development, women in leadership, and real estate development. Most recently, she has spoken and moderated at events for the Women’s Construction Coalition, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the University of San Diego (USD) Real Estate Society.
Ms. Yee was named among the top “Influential Women of San Diego” in 2018 by the Daily Transcript, “40 Under 40” in 2015 by the San Diego Metro Magazine, and a 2015 finalist for “Consultant of the Year” by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from San Diego State University, and is actively involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Building Industry Association (BIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Downtown San Diego Partnership (DSDP).
