Founded in 1993, Latitude 33 unites planning and engineering services under one umbrella. Helping to shape the San Diego region for more than 25 years, we have an excellent track record of providing public sector planning, land use planning, public outreach, entitlement services, and civil engineering design to public agencies, developers, and property owners .
Latitude 33’s Planning team has decades of experience on the development side. Drawing on this experience and first-hand knowledge of what is important to clients, Latitude 33’s planners provide project management, proactive communication, and strategic direction to help meet the needs of developers and land owners. With a 100 percent success rate for seeking entitlements, Latitude 33’s clients benefit from our longstanding relationships built with municipalities, and expertise in navigating the permitting process.
The Civil Engineering team at Latitude 33 is made up of the region’s top talent. Our team brings innovative ideas to help resolve our clients’ most complex challenges. Our engineers also employ the latest technology to analyze, assess, and design solutions for our clients.
