Avino is a proposed project consisting of develop- ing two phases of a market rate apartment project with 280 dwelling units, and a stand-alone afford- able housing site with 198 units for a total of 478 units. Both the market rate developments and the affordable housing components will include a recre- ational center with a pool and spa. Amenities asso- ciated with the market rate development may also include tennis and sand volleyball courts. Latitude 33 provided the preliminary engineering plans for this project.
