Latitude 33 provided entitlement permitting and civil engineering services during the schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration phases for two Conditional Use Permits. The 39.2 acre development includes the construction of a new 6-story Medical Office Building (139,000-square-feet), a Central Energy Plant (27,000-square-feet), two hospital towers (626,000-square-feet), and a 1,356 stall parking garage. Our office also initiated services in support of a new, separate Conditional Use Permit, including support of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for additional development of the La Jolla campus.
