
- The project consists of a new 30,000 SF building with associated parking lot, pedestrian walkways, emergency vehicle access driveways and utility connections to the proposed building. Latitude 33 provided boundary and aerial survey, rough grading plans, public improvement plans, retaining wall plans, drainage report, storm water quality management plan, construction documents, and project coordination and processing. The project has passed through the permitting process with the City of Oceanside Building, Engineering, Public Works, and Utilities Departments and has begun construction. Estimated completion is Q1 2024.
