The Otay-Tijuana Cross-Border Facility is the region’s first bi-national airport facility that links a U.S. terminal with the Tijuana International Airport via a pedestrian bridge. This facility will allow passengers direct access through customs and airport services without the traffic delays currently being experienced at the nearest vehicular border crossings. The 90,000-square-foot terminal is the first phase of a 60-acre site that will incorporate two hotel sites, commercial, office, industrial and shipping facilities over a 10- year project build-out. Latitude 33’s services included entitlement, construction document and construction staking services.
