Latitude 33 is providing planning and civil engineering services, including a vesting tentative map, planned development permit, site development permit, rezone and street vacation for this 5.5-acre site. Corallina will consist of 130 residential units and 30,000-square-feet of commercial/retail space per the Pacific Highlands Road Subarea Plan.
Merge 56 is a proposed mixed-use development containing retail, office, residential and affordable housing projects on an area of 45-acres.
