Scope/Description: A 37 lot subdivision located on approximately 120 acres. The project includes private roads, graded residential pads, utility infrastructure, landscape, and several open space areas. Existing maintenance roads serving water reservoirs near the project are being removed and provided off the new private road serving the residential pads. Situated atop multiple ridgelines and within multiple valleys, the geometric design of roads and pads presented a unique challenge to the grading and utility design. Sewer force lines were also required due to the undulations in the existing topography. The site is located in an existing hillside along Four Gee Road within the Rancho Bernardo area.
Location: Northerly side of Camino Sante Fe and Four Gee Road.
