Café Removal and Replacement Project
The Southwestern College Education and Facilities Plan outlines three phases of future development through the year 2020 involving new construction, building remodels, and infrastructure upgrades. As part of Phase 1, Southwestern Community College has opted for the removal and reconstruction of a food service building (Building 480). Latitude 33 provided civil services to assist the architect with processing plans through the division of state architects. Latitude 33 prepared precise grading and erosion control plans to be included in the architect’s building permit, along with civil project specifications to the construction document package.
