Scope/Description:Town and Country is a masterplan development located in Mission Valley, adjacent to the San Diego River. The site was entitled and subdivided to provide 4 residential parcels within the 40 acre site. The mixed use project includes renovation of the existing hotel with restaurants and pool, residential units and a passive park. Latitude 33 assisted Holland Partner Group on Lot 4, a 5 story multifamily residential building over 2 stores of parking. Our services included construction staking, rough grade plans, building department plans and Construction Administration.
