This Design-Bid-Build project consisted of the redevelopment of the ~2.2-acre site for the construction of a new one-story 12,430 gross square foot Veterinary Clinic and site improvements. Services included Construction Support and Administration services as part of Independent Civil Engineering Review, and also included Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developer (QSD) services. These included the review of design plans, specifications, geotechnical report, and drainage study to prepare a SWPPP and obtain coverage by the State of California Construction General Permit. Calculation of construction sediment risk and receiving water risk was performed, and the application was filed with the State of California’s online Stormwater Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS). Services also included SWPPP consultation.
