This Design-Bid-Build project included Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Developer (QSD) services for the redevelopment of the ~3.8-acre site for the construction of a new one-story high-bay 64,337 gross square foot CMV-22 Osprey Maintenance Hangar and associated improvements for Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW). Services provided included review of design plans, specifications, geotechnical report, and drainage study to prepare a SWPPP and obtain coverage by the State of California Construction General Permit. Calculation of construction sediment risk and receiving water risk was performed, and the application was filed with the State of California’s online Stormwater Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS). Services also included SWPPP consultation.
