San Diego County Sheriff’s Technology and Information Center (STIC)
Scope/Description: Latitude 33 provided civil engineering and survey services for the San Diego County Sheriff Technology and Information Center (STIC) facility. This $35 million, two-story, high security building replaced outdated buildings that no longer met the increasing needs of the County. Special care had to be taken not to disrupt the adjacent County Emergency Operations Center or 911 backbone infrastructure during design and construction. Engineering services provided by Latitude 33 included field survey, site planning, grading plans, building permit plans, technical reports, processing/project revisions, and construction administration.
